LIVING, BREATHING, WALKING TESTIMONY

 

Every once in a while there is a song that just captures my heart. 

Stephanie and I watched a series called "MIRACLE" on Angel Network. I have since switched from Angel network back to PUREFLIX, that is a story for another day. At the end of each episode they have a Christian Music Artist perform one of their songs. And this is where I first heard this song. Listen to it:

I hope you listened to the words. Do you consider yourself a living, breathing, walking TESTIMONY? 

I love these words in particular:

Do you have an ANTHEM of JOY because of All God has done in your life. I hope that we ALL REALIZE the SOURCE OF OUR JOY IS THE LORD!

That JOY is on display in the Christmas story. It should be on display in each of us as we live life.

"Suddenly the angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord's glory surrounded them. They were terrified but the angel reassured them. 'Don't be afraid!' he said, 'I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior -- yes, the Messiah, the Lord -- has been born today in Bethlehem, the City of David!" (Luke 2:9-11, NLT)

AND FROM THE MOMENT Jesus, GOD's ONE and ONLY SON, has been with us and will remain with us for all time. THAT KIND of JOY is not just CHRISTMAS JOY, it is joy that finds it's way straight into our TESTIMONY of what God has done in our lives. 

That JOY is meant to be shared. That JOY is meant to transform us and to transform all those who gather around us. THANK YOU LORD!

Heavenly Father, This morning I can hardly contain my joy thinking about your presence in my life. I am certainly a walking testimony of what YOU have done. To you goes all the glory. To you goes all the praise. I love you Lord, continue to do your work in my, transforming me each day into the person you want me to be with the testimony you want me to share! Amen!
